Έχω ένα πρόβλημα με ένα laptop..Είχε εγκατεστημένα και windows xp και ubuntu 7.10, έκανα format μόνο στο partition που είχε τα windows αλλά από τότε όταν ανοίγω το laptop μπαίνει κατευθείαν στα windows.. Πώς μπορώ να επαναφέρω την επιλογή στην μαύρη οθόνη έτσι ώστε να επιλέγω σε ποιό λειτουργικό θέλω να μπαίνω; Είναι εύκολη η διαδικασία;;;Διότι δεν τα πάω και πάρα πολύ καλά με τους υπολογιστές... Το Λινουξ δεν χάθηκε βρίσκεται εκεί που ήταν απλά με το format κρέμασες το grub. Googlare πως επαναφερεις το grub από ubuntu live cd και αμα δεν τα καταφέρεις πες μας που κόλλησες για να σου δώσουμε περισσότερες οδηγίες. Αυτό είναι πολύ εύκολο και φαντάζομαι θα τα καταφερεις με την μία. 1. Boot με κάποιο live cd. Φρόντισε να είναι ubuntu 7.10 2. Στις επιλογές μην βάλεις install ubuntu, απλά ξεκίνα κανονικά με το livecd μέχρι να φτάσεις στην επιφάνεια εργασίας. 3. Ανοιξε ένα τερματικό και βάλε την εντολή $sudo su και αμέσως θα γίνεις root. 4. Εκτέλεσε την εντολή fdisk -l. Αυτο θα σου εμγανίσει όλα τα partitions. Θα αγνοήσεις το partition με το flag HPFS/NTFS. 5. Θα εντοπισεις το partition που εχεις το λειτουργικό ubuntu 7.10(θα έχει flag Linux). π.χ. (hd0,3) 6.Θα βάλεις την εντολή: #grub 7. Εντολή : #root (hd0,3) Και τέλος #setup (hd0,3) 8. Βάζεις #quit και μετά είσαι έτοιμη. P.S. Αν δεν καταφέρεις να εντοπίσεις το παλιό partition τότε γράψε μας εδώ τι σου βγάζει η εντολή #fdisk -l για να σε βοηθήσουμε. Ο πιο εύκολος τρόπος να εντοπισεις το partition στο οποίο είχες εγκατεστημένο το grub είναι να βάλεις την παρακάτω εντολή: # find /boot/grub/stage1 και θα περιμένεις απο την κονσόλα να σου επιστρέψει κάτι σαν το παράδειγμα που είπαν πιο πάνω οι υπόλοιποι, δηλαδή κάτι σαν αυτό hd?,?).
